Bags of Creativity
One of our most popular products after our much loved tea towels, are our shopping bags. These versatile cotton, canvas and jute bags are ideal for retail and promotional purposes. They are also becoming increasingly popular with schools and charities who use them for fundraising purposes. We can print your own artwork on to our shopping bags whether that is your company logo, children’s drawings, school motto or an illustration. Our design studio can help to format your art work so that you get the best print result possible. They also accept bespoke commissions to create hand-drawn and digital designs for organisations and personal use.
To celebrate our love of bags we thought we would have a look at some of the most creative shopping bags, aside from ours, that have ever been designed.
Greenpeace: Very cute and poignant shopping bag from environmental charity Greenpeace. Illustrates the importance of every single one us ‘giving the natural world a hand’.
@Home: A creative shopping bag from a South African homeware company that caused a stir.
Stop N Grow: A tongue in cheek (or finger in mouth) shopping bag designed to encourage nail biters to kick the habit.
GNC: A draw string bag to illustrate the effects of their calorie burning pills. We are not so sure about the product but the bag is certainly very creative.
Lipton: A great tea-bag bag for those who enjoy a good cuppa.
Tromp L’Oeil Bag: A bag designed to look like your clothing. A risqué bag preferred by underwear retailers for obvious reasons!
Other favourites include this weightlifting bag, a skipping rope handle bag and, for the guys, this drill and car door bag.
